CLEAR THE INTERFERENCE. RAISE YOUR FREQUENCY.
Live a life that is full and happy when your nervous system is functioning at its best.
Helping Your Body Remember What It Was Built To Do
Frequency Chiropractic is a nervous-system-focused chiropractic practice built on a simple principle: the body knows how to heal when it is not being interfered with.
Rather than chasing symptoms, our focus is on the spine and nervous system—the body’s master control system. By reducing interference and supporting natural healing, we help restore adaptability, resilience, and long-term health.
When your nervous system functions better, your body can recover more efficiently and express health from the inside out.

Our Services
Manual Adjusting
Dr. Evan uses a hands-on adjusting approach that allows for greater precision, connection, and real-time feedback.
Using only his hands, he can feel subtle changes in spinal movement and tailor each adjustment specifically to your body’s needs.
Posture Analysis
Poor posture can place unnecessary stress on the spine and nervous system. Through detailed posture analysis, we identify imbalances that may be contributing to discomfort, tension, or limited mobility.
By improving posture and spinal alignment, we help support better overall movement and long-term health.
Foundation Training
Our bodies often stop functioning the way they were designed to due to modern lifestyles.
Foundation Training helps retrain the muscles that support and decompress the spine while strengthening the body’s natural movement patterns.
Whether you’re recovering from pain or looking to improve performance, this training helps create long-term structural change.
What To Expect At Your First Visit
During your first appointment, Dr. Evan will spend approximately 30-45 minutes performing a thorough examination to determine the scope of your concerns.
This visit typically includes:
Consultation
A one-on-one discussion about your health history, lifestyle, and current concerns.
Chiropractic Examination
A comprehensive evaluation of your spine, posture, movement, and nervous system function.
First Adjustment
If appropriate, your doctor may perform your first chiropractic adjustment during the visit.
Report of Findings
After reviewing your exam results, we will explain our findings and provide personalized care recommendations.
Our goal is to ensure you fully understand your health and feel confident about the next steps in your care.
Meet The Team
Dr. Evan Rudd
Dr. Evan earned his Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science from the University of Central Florida before receiving his Doctor of Chiropractic degree from Palmer College of Chiropractic Florida.
His passion for movement and nervous system health has driven him to continually refine his craft, and he was voted one of Tampa Bay’s Top Chiropractors in 2020.
In 2023, after herniating a disc while deadlifting, Dr. Evan experienced firsthand the frustration of back pain. During a severe flare-up, he completed his Foundation Training certification—and within two days, his pain had resolved.
That experience transformed his approach to care, leading him to integrate movement-based rehabilitation alongside precise chiropractic adjustments.
He believes the body is intelligent and capable of healing when interference is reduced and movement is restored.
Outside the office, he enjoys reading philosophy, playing soccer, spending time outdoors, and drinking great coffee.
Megan Rudd
Megan earned her Bachelor’s degree in Health Sciences from the University of Central Florida, originally planning to pursue medical school.
After working in a hospital setting, she realized traditional medical paths weren’t where she felt called to serve. That experience inspired her to pursue a more natural, preventative approach to health.
She went on to become a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist, developing a strong passion for whole-food nutrition, lifestyle medicine, and helping people support their health from the inside out.
At Frequency Chiropractic, Megan combines clinical knowledge with a deep belief in the body’s ability to heal when properly supported.
Outside the office, Megan enjoys spending time outdoors, reading, trying new restaurants as a self-proclaimed foodie, hanging out with her cats, and always searching for the perfect cup of coffee.

Frequently Asked Questions
Do you accept insurance?
We are a cash-based practice and do not bill insurance directly. This allows us to focus fully on patient care without the limitations or restrictions often placed by insurance companies. We are happy to provide a superbill upon request so you can seek reimbursement if your plan allows.
Will I be adjusted at my first appointment?
In most cases, yes—if it is safe and appropriate to do so after your consultation and examination. Your care always begins with clarity and intention.
Is chiropractic care safe?
Chiropractic care is widely recognized as a safe, non-invasive approach to supporting spinal and nervous system health when performed by a trained professional. We perform a thorough examination to ensure care is appropriate for you.
How often will I need to come in?
Frequency depends on your goals, current stress load, and how your nervous system is adapting. After your examination, we provide personalized recommendations designed to support long-term function and resilience.
Do I need to be in pain to come in?
No. Many people are choosing chiropractic care as a preventative health measure and to improve performance, mobility, stress resilience, and overall function—not just to relieve pain.
How long does it take to see results?
Some people notice changes quickly, while others require consistent care over time. Healing and adaptation depend on your history, stress patterns, and how long dysfunction has been present.
Is chiropractic care ongoing forever?
Care is always your choice. Many patients continue because they value maintaining spinal and nervous system health, just as they would with exercise or nutrition. Our goal is to help you function at your best—long term.
Do you adjust pregnant women and kids?
Yes. We safely care for pregnant women and children using gentle, specific techniques tailored to their stage of development and individual needs. Chiropractic care during pregnancy can support comfort and mobility, while pediatric care focuses on healthy nervous system development and adaptation from an early age. Every adjustment is modified appropriately to ensure safety and precision.
